The State Airports Act 2004 created the Dublin Airport Authority plc which assumed responsibility for all the assets, liabilities and contracts of the former Aer Rianta.

The DAA proposes to make Bye-Laws in respect of Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports. The proposed Bye-Laws relate to the proper regulation of all vehicles, equipment and airport users at these airports.
