STATEMENT FROM GREAT SOUTHERN HOTELS

GSH Welcomes Labour Court Recommendations

26th July 2006.  Great Southern Hotels (GSH) has noted today’s Labour Court recommendations in relation to the sale of its hotels and accepts the recommendations in full.

GSH urges acceptance of the Labour Court recommendations by SIPTU and TSSA. 

Acceptance will provide clarity and assurance for customers and employees of the hotels as the sale proceeds. 

The deadline for receipt of tenders is Friday, July 28th 2006.
