A new pedestrian footbridge for T2 construction workers
was installed early this morning.
The new bridge crosses the main access road to Dublin Airport close to the staff bus stop on Corballis Road South. The pedestrian bridge was installed to make it easier for T2 construction workers to access the site, as previously they had to cross the main road into Dublin Airport.
The bridge lift took place early this morning to minimise the impact on airport operations. To allow for the bridge to be lifted into place over Corballis Road South, traffic and pedestrian restrictions were put in place for a short period.
